I love how close I am to a number of beautiful and diverse parks. Being able to walk to shopping and all the necessities is very convenient. Additionally, as a frequent streetcar rider, the proximity to it is unbeatable. I couldn’t think of a better place to live in Portland.
I’ve lived it two Hoyt buildings and am always happy with the quality of construction and finishes. I love the walkability to everything, several grocery stores, great restaurants and bars, parks, theaters … it’s also easy to get anywhere via Streetcar, Max, Amtrak, or freeway. It’s a great community with a lot of people that take pride in living here. Additionally, Michele Bell is an incredible agent and always a pleasure to work with
Moving to the Pearl is the BEST! It’s sooooo convenient, you can ‘throw away’ your car! Everything you need for day-to-day life is right here and downtown is just a short walk (or bike, or streetcar ride) away.
