Bella Organic At the patch: A 100-acre, certified-organic farm that is 100% run on solar energy. They are also known for their corn maze – Rip city themed this year, with about three miles of pathways that will take you at least an hour to get through. For this one, you are welcome to take your leashed dog with you.

Farm features: Bella’s hay maze, along with duck races, animal viewing and hay rides to the patch are available daily. Weekends bring out the cow train, grain train and opens the gates to the petting zoo. Hay rides to the patch are free, everything else has an additional cost. Activity bracelets are available.

The Pumpkin Patch At the patch: The Pumpkin Patch was established in 1967, and are proclaimed to be Portland’s Original Pumpkin Patch. They grow over 50 varieties of fruits and vegetables throughout the year on 800 acres of farmland, and they believe in sustainable farming, both at home and abroad, working with families in Africa. If all that wasn’t enough, they put on a an amazing harvest festival each pumpkin season, complete with their famous big red animal barn.

Farm features: A cottage gift shop and a Cafe with daily hot buttered corn, hot drinks, and pulled pork sandwiches on the weekends. Free activities include a visit to the animal barn, hay maze, hay pyramid and hay rides to the pumpkin fields.  Other activities include cow train rides and a six-acre corn maze.
