Here are some of the highlights of the construction progress taking place in The Cosmopolitan Condominiums:
- stairways 1 and 2 are installed up to 22
- door and trim installation are starting on 3
- 2nd container of Pedini cabinets have been received
- drywall taping and finishing on 2 and 3
- prime and first coat of paint on 2 and 3
- interior unit pre-hung doors on 2
- installation of pocket door frames through 9 and 10
- hanging pocket doors on 2
- tile installation on 2 and 3 wood flooring on 2
- Benson curtain wall installation is almost complete
- all concrete decks have been installed up to level 29/roof
- material/man lift has jumped to 28
